For the best experience, we strongly recommend using Safari on any iOS device.

Location Permissions

Below are settings to check when running into errors enabling location permissions.

Check Safari Location settings

If this is set to "Ask" or "Allow" and you are still seeing an error on the location permissions screen, continue with the steps below.

Check site-specific permissions

If this is set to "Ask" or "Allow" and you are still seeing an error on the location permissions screen, continue with the step below.

Reset Location Permissions

This will just reset your location services to the default settings so they always "Ask" - in some cases this is the only way to ensure sites can ask for location permissions again.

  1. Go to iOS Settings, then select General

  2. Scroll to the bottom and to go Reset

  3. Select Reset Location & Privacy

Camera/Motion Permissions

Overall Camera and Microphone Access

  1. Open the Settings app

  2. Scroll down to Safari and select

  3. Select Camera under the Settings for Websites section, then select 'Allow'

  4. Select Location, then select 'Allow'

  5. Go back to Safari

Site-specific permissions

If you want to allow permissions only for this application:

  1. In top left corner of app in the search bar, select the icon with the two As

  2. Click on Website Settings

  3. Ensure Camera is set to either Ask or Allow
